A synthesis of user interviews capturing what users say, think, feel, and do around the problem.
Three user profiles based on different levels of financial knowledge, each with their own context, motivations and needs.
We started by identifying the primary user type, then gathered and ranked needs across all user types to focus the product on what actually mattered.
The final structure came from card sorting sessions to test naming and navigation paths. We wanted something clear enough that users wouldn’t have to think about where to go next.
