I'm a Product and Service Designer with 7+ years working on complex digital products in fintech and compliance. I care about building things that actually make sense for the people using them, and I like being involved from the first research session all the way to delivery.
Most of my work sits at the intersection of UX research, service design, and product strategy. I've led end-to-end design for SaaS platforms, facilitated workshops with cross-functional teams, and helped organizations document and rethink how their internal processes work.
